Els assistents vam tenir el privilegi i el plaer d&#8217;escoltar la documentada exposici\u00f3 per part de Jos\u00e9 A. Polo Traverso (PT,DPT,FAAOMPT, CFCE, CCCE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ella es va fer refer\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;hora de realitzar exercicis o activitats esportives, la import\u00e0ncia de les pautes marcades pel professional corresponent segons l&#8217;objectiu desitjat. Els Gymn\u00e1stai, eren els sanadors especialistes de la medicina popular i emp\u00edrica grega que usaven com a tractament l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la antiga Roma, Claudio Galeno i Celio Aureliano parlaven de la import\u00e0ncia de dosificar i pautar l&#8217;exercici.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.axon.es\/Axon\/LibroFicha.asp?Libro=80402\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(4)<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualment, est\u00e0 assentada en la societat la relaci\u00f3 entre exercici f\u00edsic i salut.
